2026 UPCOMING PLAYER DEVELOPMENT DATES
A. AT HOME WORKOUTS - Player Development Training Sessions
Players / families can make this more challenging with either increased reps and/or increased times. Please start now and be committed with this since it is only minutes 15 per day. Families join in and make this a fun family event each day. Coaches please follow up with your teams on this and feel free to continue this throughout the Spring season.
Day 1 - Ball Mastery Workout At Home 10 Minute - copy and paste video
Day 2 - Fitness:
Jog in place 15-30 second and then high knees for 15-30 more seconds - stay on tips of your toes the whole time - increase times and reps as you get stronger
10 burpees
10 sit-ups
10 push ups
10 squats
10 lunges (5 each leg)
30 second plank - regular straight
30 second plank - left side them right side
Day 3 Plyometrics (if no cones use a shoe or a rolled up shirts or socks)
10 side "left to right then right to left" hops over cone (keep feet together)
10 front hops "front to back then back to front" (keep feet together)
10 each single leg pogo hops - strong foot then weak foot
10 skate jumps side to side - hold position at each jump
10 squat jumps
Repeat then Day 7 rest. . . Then repeat. Make this a 3-week plan unless your player would like to continue this throughout the season. Please follow up with your teams with this. TY!!!

B. Outdoor player development training sessions will be announced accordingly during Jan, Feb & March - pending field availability and weather
*Player development programs are for grades 2 and above, including all travel players registered for the Spring 2026 season. Players must bring water, cleats (regular sneakers-indoor sneakers when inside sessions happen), shinguards, and a correct size ball. In addition, goalkeepers must bring gloves.
