Field Coordinators (Travel and/or Intracity)
| Captures requirements from Program Coordinators and works with Medford Recreation and other partners to secure fields. Primary contact for pitch safety/ quality issues. Communicates field closures.

Equipment Manager (Travel and/or Intracity)
| Responsible for purchasing, maintaining, repairing inventorying, transporting, storage and liquidation of required equipment.

Webmaster
| Enhances the functionality, accuracy and attractiveness of Medfordsc.org to promote organizational goals. Assists other functions with posting new content.

Marketing, communication and events
| Produces public-facing content for Medfordsc.org and social media presence to promote organizational goals. Plans and coordinates events.

Registrar
| Supervises proper registration of players and supports team documentation needs.
|
Uniforms
| Sources and distributes uniforms. Primary contact for issues related to sizing, numbering etc.
|
Risk Manager and DEI Lead
| Promotes program safety and good public standing by facilitating safety checks and contributing a Diversity Equity and Inclusion lens to decision making.
