Medford Youth Soccer Club is a grassroots developmental soccer club. Our #1 focus is the growth of our young soccer players, on and off the field. This ties into Coach John's coaching philosophy of his 3 C's: Consistency, Comfortability and — most importantly — Confidence!  These will not only improve your player’s physical soccer skills but also their soccer “on field” decision making and mental mindset too!

Whether it's player development for our field players, goalkeepers, or even our coaching development with our "themed" seasons and reflection discussions — we are all here to grow, develop and have fun around the beautiful the game we all love. A. PLAYER DEVELOPMENT “PD” TRAINING SESSION DATES:

April 18th- Goalkeeper PD training session -630pm to 730pm, meet by the side grass field @ Medford High School - Grades 3 thru 8 Only

April 22nd - GOALKEEPER WARS training session - 5pm to 545pm at Harris park- Only for player attending Keeper Wars Tourney and other GKs

April 25th - Field player PD training session - 630pm to 730pm, meet by the side grass field @ Medford High School -Grades 2 thru 8 only

April 27th - Grade 2 only PD pick up game, Harris Park 12pm to 1pm

May 2nd - Goalkeeper PD training session-630pm to 730pm, meet by the side grass field @ Medford High School-Grades 2 thru 8 only

May 9th-Field player PD training session-630pm to 730pm, meet by the side grass field @ Medford High School-Grades 2 thru 8 only

May 16th - Goalkeeper PD training session-630pm to 730pm, meet by the side grass field @Medford High School-Grades 2 thru 8 only

May 18th - Grade 2 only pick up game, Harris Park, 1230pm to 1pm

***High School aged players will mirror the dates above with the Medford High School dates, they will go 730pm to 830pm***


***With all player development training sessions, make sure player have the right size ball, cleats for outdoors and regular sneakers for indoors, shinguards and GK gloves -  Parents please email Coach John if that player is attending, [email protected] ***


B. COACHING DEVELOPMENT “CD” TRAINING SESSION DATES:

Travel Head Coach “Reflection Discussions” take place in February.  Travel season themed CD training sessions take place every March and August.  Coach John is available 24x7 for any questions you might have, to assist in a practice, etc
