Medford Youth Soccer Club is a grassroots soccer club. Our #1 focus is the growth and development of our young soccer players, on and off the field. This ties into Coach John's coaching philosophy of his 3 C's: Consistency, Comfortability and, most importantly, Confidence!  These will not only improve your player’s physical soccer skills but also their soccer “on field” decision making and mental mindset.

Whether it's player or coach development based on our season themes and reflection discussions — we are all here to grow and have fun around the beautiful the game we all love. To our players, families, coaches, referees and board, THANK YOU all for you do and commitment to our club!

*Always email Coach John each week if your player is attending any PD field or GK training session: [email protected]        

*Parents/guardians need to check in with Coach John upon arrival, and be available at the site 15 min before pick up.

*ALL players need the correct size ball, water, shin guards, cleats. In addition, goalkeepers must bring GK gloves. 

*Player development training session dates info will always be posted/updated here under “Coach John’s Corner."



A) Fall 2025 player development training sessions:

Goalkeepers  - 9/5, 9/26,10/17
Field players - 9/12,10/3,10/24

*For all grade 2 and travel players who are registered for the fall season.
Location: Medford High School, side grass fields next to the turf
Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

B) Coaching development training sessions are always offered in August and March, ahead of the fall and spring seasons.
