Registration for Spring 2024 Season is Open
*VOLUNTEER PARENT/GUARDIAN COACHES NEEDED!
- ALL experience levels are welcome (and needed) to volunteer to be a parent coach.
- Please select head coach or assistant coach when registering your child. Coaches should be able to commit to most of the sessions during the season ➔ Additional Info
- Parent Coaches must have a current CORI check through Medford Soccer/MASS Youth Soccer to be allowed on the field
GENERAL
- All Medford Soccer teams for Pre K - Grade 2 are part of the intracity league (i.e. they only play against other teams in Medford)
- Teams are based on the following age groups:
Pre-K (4 years old; birthday by 12/31/2023)
Kindergarten (5 - 6 years old; in kindergarten grade)
Grade 1 (7 years old)
Grade 2 (8 years old) - Teams are coed
- No prior experience is needed. We encourage everyone to sign up and have fun
- Cost is $150 per player per season. There is a sibling discount of $15 for each additional family member.
SEASONS
- Fall Season runs early September the early November Registration is open May 1 - August 31
- Spring Season runs early in April thru early June Registration is Open Dec 1 - March 31
PRACTICES & GAMES

Pre-K
- Practices/games are on Sundays (9:00am - 10:00am) behind Andrews Middle School. Andrews Fields
Each session consists of 2 to 3 games/drills/skills-based activities and a 15-20 minute scrimmage between the teams.
- Spring 2024 Season
- Start Date: Sunday, April 7th
- End Date: Sunday, June 9th
- Location: Andrews Middle School
Kindergarten
- Practices/games are on Sunday (10:30am - 11:30am) behind Andrews Middle School. Andrews Fields

- Games are on Saturdays at 8:30am - 9:30am
Grade 2:
- All sessions are held at Andrews Middle School
- The Spring 2024 season runs April 4 to June 8
- Practices are on Thursdays starting at 6pm
- Games are on Saturdays at 10 - 11am
UNIFORM & Equipment
- Players will be provided a team jersey prior to their first game
- Players should come prepared with shin guards, soccer socks, cleats, soccer ball, and water
- US Soccer recommends a size 3 for players 8 and under and size 4 for ages 8-12
