Winter Fitness Sessions

The winter season's fitness sessions led by Coaches Steve, Jenn, and Jillian are now up and running for both the boys and girls travel players. This is a program for boys in Grades 5/6 and 7/8, and for girls in Grades 3/4, 5/6, and 7/8.

Check your email for the latest schedules. Be sure to wear sneakers, dress warm, and bring water for this outdoor running and agility workout. Parents are also welcome to join! And you get a really cool bright orange dri-fit shirt when you participate.
